Shipment Charges

All products under $49.99 are charged a flat shipping fee within Australia. All shipments over $49.99 are shipped at no cost to the customer.

Shipment Method

We use standard Australia Post service to dispatch all our products. Timelines of delivery may differ between 3-8 days and can sometimes be delayed if you are in situated in a remote area. Express post can be organized for customers at additional cost.

We use third party freight services to deliver our product and therefore cannot be held responsible for any delays that may arise once the product has been picked by the freight forwarder. Our responsibility will be to ensure that our products are processed and dispatched on time.

If you are a customer located overseas and would like to make an international purchase, please get in touch with our team prior to placing your orders to estimate shipping costs involved.

Loss or Damage

All products will be dispatched as per the shipping address provided at the time of purchase. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that they provide correct address and contact details to avoid delays or loss of package. GloveMart will assist in trying to recover any lost or undelivered packages but shall not be held responsible for any claims or damages arising due the error of the user/customers.
